    “Breathtaking Bellagio ”

    Our stay at the Bellagio was absolutely wonderful and will definitely not hesitate to book again. From the friendly receptionist that checked us in to the pleasant housekeeping service ladies to stunning views of the strip and the fountain, our stay was unforgettable. The beds were the most comfortable from any other hotel that we stayed at. It was situated at the bottom of the strip but a pleasant walk to other neighbouring hotels, shops and restaurant. Its also close to Planet Hollywood's Cafe Hollywood. We were served by *** who is such a lovely lady that also gave us some great tips on what to do and places to go whilst in Vegas. The food was also great. Bellagio has an avis car rental office which was so convenient to rent a car for the day with which we visited the Grand Canyon (2.5 hours away). Overall our stay was wonderful despite the hotel foyer being exceptionally busy and the rooms a slight distance to get to. Would not hesitate to stay again at the Bellagio!

    “Good location horrendous staff”

    I stayed for 5 nights, the room Itself was clean modern and lovely, the staff upon check in rude, also had to walk opposite end of hotel to my room with 50kg worth of luggage for my room key not to work to then backtrack and go back to service to be told lol you got given the wrong room number… would be fine but not seeing their sense of humour after 28hrs of travel I did not see the lighter side of this scenario, Amenities great. Room clean and tidy, then again staff on check out the rudest I have encountered on my trip to America, I asked concierge for my room bill print out and I was happy to do self checkout the staff member was happy to point me in the direction of the gold members concierge queue and helped me with my bags, once I got to the counter the lady was utterly disgusted I basically queued up in the gold members line as I was just a regular guest but explained the concierge put me here as I was only requesting a single sheet to be printed our exchange was about 5 minutes of going back and fourth why I was at the desk with let’s say a sour face and rolling eyes she eventually printed my room bill which might I add took a whole of 5 seconds. I’ve never encountered such rude behaviour from a 5 star hotel and will simply not return.

    “Exceptional”

    The Bellagio is absolutely gorgeous! The rooms are neat and clean, the staff is very attentive. It is definitely a top tier place. Went for a girls trip. In addition to the famous fountain show, they have a breathtaking indoor garden. The Bellagio is centrally located and most of the other attractions and casinos are within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this place.

    “First Time in Vegas: Great Location and Beautiful Scenery at Bellagio”

    This was our first visit to Las Vegas, and staying at Bellagio made it memorable. The location is perfect for exploring the Strip and watching the 'O' Show, which was conveniently right there. We stayed in the Spa Tower; while it is a bit of a walk from the main Strip entrance, we loved being so close to the pool area. One thing for families to note is that there is no microwave or coffee kettle in the room. This might be a bit inconvenient if you’re traveling with young children and need to prepare simple meals or warm up milk. Even though we had a City View room, the scenery was breathtaking. We could see the distant mountain ranges, and the overall landscape was just beautiful. Bellagio isn't a budget-friendly hotel, but it’s definitely worth staying at least once for the classic Vegas experience. We had a great time!
