"Staffs - Very friendly and helpful Price - Worth it. Room - Great view of the waterpark, spacious, clean, big toilet too. We booked a family room that comes with 2 queen size bed. their queen bed is slightly smaller than our normal queen bed. Food - a few food outlet. There's Mexican restaurant, lobby lounge and local restaurant. breakfast, great spread. shuttle bus - free. but they will only shuttle in desaru coast area only. which most of the place is not yet ready. Transport - you need to get the staff to call cab for you. No uber/grab. The best is to have your own transport. Cos there will more food area and shop at desaru utama or small mall. Nothing much around hard rock hotel. Most shops are not ready. Overall - Nice hotel and great. Will be back once all rooms category are open. "

"Hotel stay was pleasant n worth every penny. They've upgraded their facilities since the last time i came here. Now it is equipped with glass door gym overseeing the pool, futsal grass field, volleyball area, swings and spa. I was on my mini honeymoon so we decided to drive to Desaru after my reception as i wanted a seaview holiday and everywhere else was monsoon season. The hotel was full and only left with 2 super single bed which was ok for us but the kind manager upgraded our room to family room since we ask politely if there was any queen size bed for us. Tunamaya is definitely the most affordable seaview hotel in Desaru but the hospitality has taken it up a notch! "

"the rooms was spacious, there was a swing by the beach. overall is okay as we just stayed for one night before heading to desaru waterpark. cheap option as it was just 6 to 8 minutes away. "

"Rooms were big. Staff surprised us with a change for my room from family suit 1bed room to a pent house. Not sure why but was the best surprise. Rooms were spacious. Just that 1 of the rooms aircon werent in working condition only can be used as fan. Great beach view. Cooling swimming pool. Not crowded. Private space. Overall great experience. Thanks to Agoda and to Tiara Desaru Seaview Residence staff u all made my stress relieve holiday better. "
