I found the staff at the Novotel Taipei Taoyuan International Airport amazing. I arrived at close to midnight and a flight had been cancelled with about 100 very unhappy people in front of me. The staff were amazingly calm and respective and did their best to clear everyone and find a place for them to sleep. Well done to the Novotel Taipei Taoyuan International Airport staff!

i enjoyed my stay at hotel novotel taipei taoyuan international airport. the room was perfectly comfortable and well equipped. the hotel staff were friendly and effective. the check-in and check-out procedures were quick. -- i also took advantage of the free shuttle bus to the airport early in the morning. if i ever have another early morning flight out of taipei i will definitely stay there again.

Best location for early flights”
My family of 3 stayed in Novotel Taipei Taoyuan International Airport from 4 - 5 Nov 18 as we have a very early flight to catch on 5 Nov. Novotel's room is clean and all essentials are available. Polite staffs, easy check in and check out. The location is easy to reach, just next to the metro and they provide shuttle bus to the airports as early as 6am. Its our 2nd time staying here due to early flights back.

Hotel Novotel Taipei Taoyuan International Airport is a very nice transit hotel. I loved and enjoyed staying in this hotel and plan to come back and will absolutely stay at this hotel every time I travel to USA. Personally, I would be pleased to recommend this hotel either for honeymoon, business and especially transit.

I enjoyed my stay at the Novotel Taipei Taoyuan International Airport, and would not hesitate to stay there again. The room was spacious and well-appointed, the included breakfast was great, and the shuttle bus to/from TPE Airport was super convenient. -- The only slight negative was that the bed was quite hard.

I had great experience to stay in Hotel Novotel Taipei Taoyuan International Airport. I take 2 kids one is 9 and one is 2.5. The staff is very nice and made the check in and out very easy. We get the room with airport view so my son can watch the air plain departure and landing which made them so happy.

The Hotel Novotel Taipei Taoyuan International Airport is very convenient for travelers in transit. It has airport shuttle bus that departs from hotel every half hour. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is quite spacious and modern. The bathroom has a special glass panel that could block the view from bedroom by pressing a switch. Overall, a value for money hotel.

Best airport hotel I've ever stayed in”
My partner & I spent 1 night at the Novotel Taipei on our last night in Taipei as we had an early flight the next morning. It turned out to be quite the end of holiday treat! The rooms were very modern and new, comfortable beds and we even had a view of the airport runway. We used the gym which was huge with tv's built into each treadmill, we also used the heated indoor pool and showers which were very clean. Only downfall for us was the price of the food at the restaurants inside the hotel seemed quite expensive for Taipei. We only had a small amount of Taiwan dollars left and we ended up ordering room service and it turned out to be the cheapest. We couldn't complain! The morning of our departure the free airport shuttle was late by 15mins which had us (and some others) a bit stressed, but we made it in time. Overall a very pleasant stay and I will be looking to book with Novotel again if the rest of their hotels are of the same standard around the world.

Pricing is on international level, but on the other hand it is a worry free stay.

I've stayed at the Novotel Taipei Taoyuan International Airport in the past. It is very close and convenient to the international airport, which is a strong consideration for me. I have found the rooms to be very nicely appointed and maintained and a good value. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. I plan to return in the near future.

We stayed here only for one night because we had an early flight the following day. The room was very spacious (standard king room), clean and modern. The magic glass was a nice novelty too. The staff were very friendly and were always willing to help. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to and from the airport as well as Taoyuan HSR. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay close to Taoyuan International Airport.

Excellent service, great location to get to the airport”
I had to go to Taiwan for a very short trip and my flight arrived in Taiwan in the middle of the night. I'm glad I listened to a friend who suggested I stay at Novotel instead of trying to catch a bus to Taipei past midnight. I emailed the hotel to ask the shuttle schedule and they replied quickly. After arriving at the airport Terminal 1, it was not difficult to follow the signs to the hotel pick up area (#1 for Terminal 1 and #9 for Terminal 2). Shuttle driver was friendly and helped with my luggage. On arriving at the hotel, front officer Alex was very helpful. He reserved the shuttles I would need the next day and gave advice on how to get to my morning appointment in Taipei. He also offered a Taipei map and a card with the Chinese translation of the hotel's name even without me having to ask. It was very thoughtful especially at that late hour when I felt too tired to think of everything. I also decided to extend my checkout time until 6 pm for a fee. While the fee was not cheap, I appreciated being able to get a couple hours' sleep before going back to the airport for my evening flight.

Quality airport hotel”
The hotel location is not within walking distance to- and from- Taoyuan international airport, it takes one extra train station from the airport and need to pay for the ticket, however, the hotel provides free shuttle service every 30 min to 1 h to and from airport which is quite convenient. The room is tidy and comfort, the staff are nice. But if you don't want to use the hotel's restaurant for the food, you may need to catch the shuttle bus to the airport for other chain restaurants and convenient store.

True four star”
The Novotel at Taoyuan International Airport is a true four star motel. The rooms, staff and dining are all above average,all you could ask for.We chose to stay there on our arrival and departure from Taipei as the flight in was late in evening and departure early in morning,the close location to the airport and easy transfer via shuttle bus makes it a great choice as Taipei city is quite far from the airport.We would use the Novotel again and would recommend it to others.

Great Staff and Fantastic Interior Design”
Fantastic hotel with great interior design and friendly, attentive staff. The only hitch was that the free shuttle bus that was supposed to leave form terminal 2 every 20 and 50 minutes past the hour in the evenings, was no where to be found when we waited 15 minutes for it from 18:20-18:35. Since we needed to get to the hotel soon, we walked across the terminal for the taxi stands. As we waited for a taxi to pull up, we saw the free shuttle roll by around 40 minutes past the hour. In any case, we took the cab, which read 85NTD on the meter when we got there. The driver asked for 125NTD, but didn't clearly explain why. The bellboy intervened and explained to us that there is a min surcharge of 100NTD and some other new surcharge that was supposed to take effect on Mar. 1 (2 days later!). The bellboy argued with the driver stating that the charge hadn't taken effect yet and got the driver to accept just $100 NTD (this is about 3 USD). In general, taxi drivers in Taipei are not scammers, but the ones at the airport sometimes are sketchy. In any case, the staff and room we're excellent. highly recommended if you need an airport hotel near Taoyuan.

Exceptional”
This hotel is easily reachable from Taiwan Taoyuan International airport by a free shuttle provided by the hotel. There was a bar in the main lobby, which provided snacks, selection of two restaurants and premiere lounge. We opted for a buffet and was pleasantly surprised with variety of dishes. Great value for money. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and had a good amenities for our one night stay.

the hotel is located very near taoyuan international airport, and provides a free shuttle bus service to the airport every half hour. it is value for money as the facilities and room are first class. the staff are friendly, helpful and prompt in their responses. the architecture of the hotel is impressive and gives off a modern vibe.

Great Hotel in Taoyuan”
This is an excellent hotel that I would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again. If you are arriving or departing Taipei Int'l Airport very early or late, this is a great transit place. It's not really somewhere to stay if you are wanting to explore Taipei as this hotel is right at the airport which is about 40-45 min from Taipei city. The restaurant is superb with great service and top quality food which is not always the case with hotel restaurants. The decor is contemporary - very nice and uncluttered. Novotel is considered a mid-range hotel in the Accor hotel line but it is very top-notch when it comes to quality. We had a great overnight stay here.
