A little pricey by my standards but worth the cash”

struggled to find hotels close to new year in taipei so chose this one as it was one of the few still available. turned out to be a really nice place. the location is fine. its about a 10 minute walk to the nearest mrt station and then a 10 minute ride in to central taipei. staff were friendly and helpful and there is someone on the desk 24hrs a day. we were upgraded for free and ended up in an executive room. comfy beds, big tv, sofa, jacuzzi bath and everything was spotless. we even had a decent view of taipei 101 buffet style breakfast was not amazing and a little chaotic but did the job. would happily stay here again

A pleasant hotel to attend a conference or exhibit”

I choose this hotel because I was attending a conference in that area of Taipei and it turned out to be one of the nearest. The hotel can be reached by taxi or one of the many bus lines running nearby. The underground station is about 20 minutes walk, which is only an issue at night (after midnight). There are not many places to eat nearby, but an excellent bakery just across the street. I reached the hotel from the airport by taking a shuttle bus to Nangkang Exhibition Centre Station and then a taxi. The quality of the rooms is very good and the breakfast will please both Asian and Western taste, although the selection is greater in Chinese food which I enjoyed.

Huge Rooms and Beds!Affordable Price!”

Great stay in Gallery hotel. We had 4 super single sized bed which is very big and comfortable after a long day of shopping in Taipei. But is just that you need namecards of the hotel for the taxi drivers to bring you back after your long day. Their staffs very well versed in English and Chinese. Their room service and cleaning of our rooms is PERFECT. They will keep rooms clean daily. And of course with free daily breakfast. Lastly, hotel is not near MRT station, so you have to take taxi to and fro from MRT station.

Suburban business luxury ”

Booked this for its proximity to the nangang exhibition center. Note, it is not very close to the subway nor exhibition center, requiring taxis. Very happy with the quality of the amenities. Brand new fitness center, and the bathroom had a tub and a media system set up so that you could watch tv through a window into the room while listening to the tv from bathroom speakers. Nice touch. Food choices around a bit mediocre and the breakfast buffet goes fast. Lots of mainland tourist groups, but overall not bad if you don't mind taking cabs.

Big rooms”

Rooms are very spacious. We had 2 king beds in one room. Building and interior is abit old but very cosy. Staff is very friendly. Just that you will need to rent their charger for charging. Located further away from central of Taipei but taxi is cheap there. Taxi is easily accessible. Their provide hotel transfer which is good for tourists.

Friendly and helpful front desk”

Great position close to the Taipei International Exhibition Centre. Only 2km. You will need a taxi to get to the New Taipei city where there are big shops and things to see. Room was neat and comfortable.

Great location near NanGang”

Very convenient location to go to NanGang Exhibition. Other than that nothing much around the Hotel. Night market is 5 mins away by Taxi if you are into that.

too careless on information provided”

were there during 2018 year end count down, weather was cold. and we made the hotel reservation and did mention that we have a 1 year old child. however hotel arranged a middle room for us, with window view. Gallery hotel has the idea of saving power and when we approach them the we need the aircond to be turned on, lobby personnel replied " you may want to open the window for cold air" seriously they really aint thoughtful enough, until we told them my toddler is in the room , what if she climb out ?? i insist to on the air cond.

lovely hotel in taiwan”

We stayed 2 nights in Gallery Hotel. The staff are nice and polite. The room is quite spaceous and clean. The facility in toilet is quite advanced. But, not much restaurents nearby.

Great hotel in a business area. The check in and check out was quick and painless. Awesome big bathrooms. Comfortable rooms with huge tv and great air-conditioning.

Great location for Cycle Show”

Near to the Taipei Cycle Show centre with shuttle bus service to the fair. Quiet environment and the hotel itself is quite new. However, the room is abit smelly once i got into the room and no restuarant nearby.

Good Hotel in Tpe”

Gallery Hotel was chosen as I have some business work near the area. As I expected, although could be better.

Nice and comfortable hotel”

we enjoyed our stay in this hotel though the surrounding is a bit quiet as there isn't much activities or shops nearby. we have to walk quite a distance to their subway station in order to get to places in taipei. Remember to have your dinner before you head back hotel as there are not many restaurants nearby.

Had no choice but not again”

Hotel is OK, but not GOOD. Breakfast was basic, location is far from the city or any Metro Transit station (15-minute walk with no luggage). Room is clean but basic. I made a mistake staying in Taipei on new years eve (Dec 31) so all the hotels were full, or asking for outrageous price, and this is the only one available. Unless you have good reason to be there on NY Eve, DO NOT go there. There's no Time Square celebration there, although the fireworks were pretty good.

Great location for Exhibition close proximity”

it was good experience and the rooms were neat and comfortable. travelling to the nankang exhibition took not more than 10 minutes. i feel the spread for breakfast could have been better. also there are not many eating joints close to the hotel. on the whole a satisfactory experience.

Happy and will stay at Gallery again. Staffs are always helpful and respond very fast.

Poor breakfast varieties, most dishes were emptied with no refills around 9am even though breakfast ends at 10am. Overall stay is good, comfy rooms and you may ask for wireless internet devices if you need one. Hotel is not near train station. You will need to take a bus (Ard 3 stops) to train station. If you chose to walk, you will need around 20min by foot. Hotel is near Raohe Night market, easily accessible by cab (Around TWN90) or by bus). Went taiwan for concert, chose this hotel as it is 5min walk to concert venue,NK101~

Very satisfied and comfortable”

I think I was very satisfied. The staff were really approachable. I really liked the room because it was really comfortable. The room was brightly lit which made the room feel more cosy. However, there I feel that there could be a wider range of breakfast selection as the choices were pretty limited. Maybe they could extend breakfast timing to about 11am for those who wake up a little later. Directions to the subway station could be elaborated in more detail and more clearly. Overall, it was satisfactory.

Early leaving from 桃園空港 so I choose this hotel 15min walk to market, morning market, really recommend! Hotel is nice but Chinese group tour were noisy Morning buffet were excellent
