Best stay in Taiwan in a 2 week holiday”

CityInn Hotel Taipei Station Branch 1 has a high rating and having stayed there now understand why. Location: CityInn is within a 5 min walk from Taipei Main Station. During my 3 nights there, we conveniently commute via train from one place to another as Taipei Main station was also a hub to other connecting lines as well. Room: The room while small was spick and span. The use of the humdifier in the room was a boon as well. Food: There are various great food options and the staff helpfully provided some great recommendations, but I think the one that sealed the deal was the 24H family mart just beside the hotel lobby. Although my partner and I didn't need all that much, it was a comfort to know if the hunger pangs start at night, you are covered. That is assuming you are not in want of the food already provided by the hotel which consist of some instant oats for breakfast and instant noodles on the second floor. Staff: Awesome service. enough said.

Nice location, kind staff, clean room”

Location is perfect, only takes 5 mins to main station, close to department store, Family mart located right next to the building, Starbucks right across the street. Staff are so nice, kind. definitely will stay there soon for my next visit to Taipei. 직원들 엄청 친절하고 메인역이랑 정말 가까워요. 바로앞에 스타벅스 있고 1층에 패밀리마트 있구요. 담에 또 묵을거에요 굿

Very pleasant stay!”

Can’t even count how many times i’ve stayed here. This hotel definitely takes pride in customer experience. They are almost done with renovating the place. Noticed that wall papers were changed and they now have a mini fridge in every room. Room size is small but perfect for people who are just looking for a good night rest and clean toilet! What I like about this hotel was how warm the staff are. Always felt very safe and comfortable staying here even when I travel alone. The hotel is near exit Z6 but if you need the lift, it’s near exit Z4. Location is perfect as it has lots of food options. And if all things fail, there is a McDonald’s nearby which is 24x7. If you like food from convenience store, family mart is just next door and 7-11 is not too far away. Starbucks is across the street and there is Ji Guang fried chicken just diagonal of the hotel. The location at Taipei main station is also perfect for travelers who are always moving around.

Nice location, clean room, friendly staff”

The people there were friendly and accommodating. The place is just beside a convenience store, and across Starbucks. You wont go hungry.😂 It’s also near a train station entrance, a mall, and a michelin bib-gourmand noodle place. We will definitely stay here if we come back in Taiwan.

Hotel with great location and great staffs”

Location not far from Taipei main station, so easy to go anywhere with trains, a little tip : found exit Z4, there’s an elevator near it (across seven eleven), so for travellers with heavy and bulky suitcases you don’t have to drag them across the street, the elevator exited across the station at the front of shinkong mitsukoshi building and from there it’s an easy 5-10 mints walk to the hotel The hotel itself has very small rooms and most of them don’t have windows, so carefully choose your room when you make your booking But what they lack in room size (we’re gone all day anyway!)was made up by the staffs friendliness and eagerness, even the cleaning ladies were very nice! Free self service laundry provided but beware, the dryer took a very long time to get our clothes dry, maybe because they are not hot enough They don’t serve breakfast but there’s a lot (I really mean A LOT!!) of local eateries around, so not a problem!

Loved the service from staff ”

Our first stay in CityInn and it was the best choice made! Location is very convenient (located near Taipei Main Station) with lots of food stalls around (Mcdonald, J&G chicken, waffle, 50 岚. Staff are also very friendly, welcoming and genuine! They even volunteered to extend our check-out time to 1pm knowing our flight is at 4pm. Thank you CityInn for such a pleasant stay :)

Location is good and just like any TPE hotels, they are not very big, yet the staff there were so professional, it can compare to a 5-star hotel. Their smiles and greetings are genuine, and they assist you in every query you might have in mind.

Clean and new ”

Entire room looks so clean and new. Only negative point is only one small lift on service. Max can squeeze in family of 4 adults with luggage.

good location, near the main station and exit Z6. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. They went out of their way to help us. They even remembered our birthday and surprised us with a small cake! Rooms on the small side though, but clean and comfortable.

Great service from front desk staff. Help to plan itinerary. When we return from our day trip, they ask if we need anything (mineral water, towel etc) since we opt not to clean our room. Cleaning staff is very polite. Keep up the good effort. Small pantry at 2nd floor come with hot/cold beverage. They supply instant oatmeal during breakfast and instant cup noodle during supper. Love this corner. Great location. Near Taipei bus, train and metro station. Famous pepper bun 福州世祖胡椒饼 and fried chicken 继光香香鸡 are just a few steps away. Nearby sandwich and 水煎包 are delicious. We will definitely stay here again.

will stay again at this hotel next time. hotel location is perfect (just nearby taipei main station) to access anywhere easily in taipei. the hotel has free laundry machines (washer / dryer) at second floor. it is very useful. staffs are very helpful and price is reasonable. the room is quite small to stay but it is okay.

Since it’s really close to Taipei Main Station, it’s very convenient for travelers who are going to catch train in early morning. The room wasn’t spacious, but enough for 2 ppl. (Pls notice that if you have huge luggage, then it might not be friendly for you) Everything was fine. Staffs were really nice!
