The first time I stayed in Canaan B&B Kenting was about three months ago when I visited Kenting National Park. I truly enjoyed staying at this wonderful B&B. I traveled again a couple of days ago from Taichung through Central West to East Cross-Island highway to Hua-Lein, Taitung, and Kenting, and back to Taichung. Because I enjoyed staying at Canaan B&B Kenting the first time three months ago, I checked into Canaan B&B Kenting again for Christmas Eve 2019. I have been to Kenting four times during the past year. Canan B&B is the best one I have ever stayed in. The location, the price, the service, the room, the parking conveniences, the staff, and the breakfast are all excellent. I like taking landscape photography in Kenting National Park, that was why I visited Kenting frequently during the past year. I surely will re-stay in Canan B&B again next time!!

As opposed to many places in Kenting, Canaan B&B actually has a bit of garden space, as it's not straight next to the main road. Breakfast is very good, with a mix of east and west dishes

Good rooms with small beach access right across from Sail Rock”

Comfortable and colorful B&B across from Sail Rock and a small, typically less crowded beach. Canaan is located on its own lot with a small yard/parking area unlike many of the row house hotels in Kenting. Small but adequate breakfast buffet. A short drive from the night market and busier beach areas, farther than most people will want to walk but far enough to be peaceful at night. They used to offer free rides to the night market in the evening but last time I went this had been stopped due to COVID concerns. I go to Kenting primarily for rest and relaxation, and this is where I stay every time.

Wonderful exotic designed & large public area ”

It is a very famous self-designed b&b style hotel in Taiwan. My friend recommended me this hotel. Unlike the noisy Kenting Main Street,this place is real quite and peaceful. The hotel is well-designed from the inside out and surrounded by the sea and mountains. If it can serve the meals, that will be perfect.

Charming seaside hotel ”

charming little hotel by the sea with an amazing island-feel design. we had a huge room, with 2 balconies, a shower and a bath. very quiet at night, and a 10-minute scooter ride to kenting, with several beaches on the way. we loved it and would stay there again next time!

Unique Place”

One of the best hotel in this area with reasonable price. The room was very clean. Only negative point is that it is a bit far from the Kenting main street so will need to cab. Best for couples as the room decor is pretty romantic.

Nice themed beach front hotel”

Located outside of Kenting main street, this nicely themed hotel offered a quiet and comfortable stay for me and my friends. There is also a small patio for us to gather at and of course free Wifi connection. Breakfast was okay and the room was clean. There is a 7-11 store down the street to get some snacks and bike rental shops are available nearby.

Quiet and nice”

stayed at off-peak period, thus, based on the room and environment, it is more than worth the price. breakfast is simple but sufficient. it is situated almost at the end of a whole stretch of accommodation, so it is very good for travelers who wanted a quieter place to rest. a great place to relax too as front view is sea, back view is mountain. you can sit on the chairs and swings in the open area and just look at the clear blue sky. the only cons is that, for people without your own vehicle, it might be slightly inconvenient to travel to this accommodation via public transport. public bus might just come by every hourly or so. need to check bus time with hotel.

loved the deco and the view. staff friendly and helpful. however i found the value for money is a bit so so. the hotel is a bit off kenting main street and it's quite a walk if you dont have vehicle. rooms are beautiful but not very practical, shower is not enclosed so it's easily very humid in the room after shower. there are lots of hostels in kenting and i would try another place next time at a more convenient location, probably cheaper too.

Love the mediterranean feel ”

Despite facing the road, our room did not experience any traffic noise. The room is spacious and aircon is strong. Love the view of sunset from the window, the garden and the special lighting effects. Some corners of the room are not very clean, maybe because they left the windows open. Breakfast is ok. Would prefer more shade for eating breakfast outdoors.

the place is new and spacious location was very good from our point of view - close to Taroko and close enough to the city but still in nature The room does not have enough electicity points and small thing like boiling the kettle is difficult.

the price was not appropriate to the room comfort. apart from that, nothing to criticize, the staff is very helpfull, room are clean and colorful.

I was injured but was cared by owners with professional and prompt assitance. I was even served with a hot and good tasting breakfast. The only drawbacks were the hostel was under construction with no eating place and a bit far from the bus stop. Geographically a bus stop should be placed closer. Nice landscape and beautiful garden design.

Friendly Staff, Nice Sea view”

Rooms were facing the sea with a balcony. Nice sea view. Staff was friendly in helping us with our request. Room are a little old but we were able to get by with it for a short trip. Overall, not too bad of an experience.

The hotel is re-painted from an old building. the paint works is not very well done. Room is clean in general but not sparkling clean. There is no lift in the building. The manager and receptionist and helper are exceptionally nice and polite and helpful.

My Worst Hotel Experience Ever”

[Cleanliness] Really disappointed with the hotel cleanliness. We have asked the hotel staff to clean the room before we left, but they didn't. I even found a cockroach among the toilet paper. [Staff] There was a man claimed himself as the owner and he was very rude. After we complained about the cleanliness of the hotel, he came to our room at night, shouted at us "Go! If you don't like to stay", then slammed the door. He really frightened us (two girls)! [Location] The location is ok, near the sea. But need a shuttle bus to Kenting Street, the hotel used to provide a shuttle bus. After the owner shouted at us, he refused to provide the shuttle bus, so we have to take a taxi to the centre.

Lovely hotel with nice viewing”

The room was sparkling clean,and to my surprise had a beautiful balcony. The staff were very polite and friendly and made me feel welcome.Apart from a minor problem with bed bugs,I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi'an and will definitely stay there again.
