"Canvas Hostel is clean, organized, comfortable, and provides great value to all types of travelers who visit the Haeundae area of Busan. Canvas Hostel consists of 2 buildings (right across from each other) on a side street near Haeundae Beach. The staff is friendly and can speak English very well, so don't worry if you're a traveler who cannot speak much Korean language. Canvas Hostel is my favorite place to stay in Busan and you won't be disappointed if you choose to sleep in this hostel. Just make sure to check-in by 11:00 P.M. and you're good to go!"

"Mr. Jun at reception counter is extremely
helpful. He is the main reason for my family to stay at this hotel again next time. Other than that, the room is very spacious with full amenities. The location itself is good (about 400 meters to subway) and not too crowded. There are good restaurants, convenience store and
bakery shop near by. My family really have a great time at this hotel and Busan.

"This hotel will be a good option once is completed and their staff trained in basic hospitality skills. I recommend you call ahead before making a reservation to ensure what you want is available at the price your are booking. I did not get the single bed, breakfast or gym as advertised. They gym still under construction. I think in a few months, the hotel will be a solid option for those who want to be a that beach. I would get the rooms with beach view for an espectacular view. No much night life on this end of Busan."

"Not a thing I can find to complain about! After a stay in some less than savoury three star hotels in the area, we moved (after getting a great deal on agoda) to this hotel, and we were happy we did!
The rooms were spotless, and very roomy, with modern decor, western style bathroom, large bath tub (with free luxurious products for use), and electric toilet with all the bells and whistles. The beds were lush and comfortable, with clean white linens, and several plush pillows on each bed - a great sleep for anyone!
The view was spectacular, with our room (and floor to ceiling windows) faced directly to Haeundae beach.
The staff were courteous and helpful, explaining all of the hotel guidelines, rules, and available services, in spectacular English.
We visited the "Good Thai Massage" available in the hotel, and it was wonderful - fair price, wide variety of services provided by skilled and knowledgeable massage technicians.
Overall the best hotel experience we had in all of Korea (let alone Busan), and we will be returning during our next visit.

"We stayed at the Value Hotel Busan in October, 2018. It is clean and new and fantastic. The view from our room was amazing. The bed is the most comfortable mattress, pillows and linens I’ve found in Korea. Absolutely yummy. The bakery in the hotel makes delicious coffee and pastries. The buffet breakfast is very good and the dining room and is located on the 24th floor of the restaurant, with 360degree views of the harbor, mountains and city. Easy walking to the Nampo shopping district and fish market."

"The location is superb, just across the road from Busan KTX Exit 1 where there are small eateries and 24 hrs convenience stores. At Level 1 of the hotel lobby, there are 2 washers & dryers (beside the toilets) which is a plus factor and there is drinks vending machine, water dispenser, ice dispenser and microwave. The 2 of us stayed in the twin bedroom at 20th floor for 3 nights. The hotel room and bathroom is small and we can only open our L-sized luggage on the bed, but everything we need is there and the room is clean. But when we want to request for additional pillows, we can only ask for maximum 1 extra pillow per room. And when we have some issues with the washer & dryer, we tried to approach the counter staff for help but they cannot offer any help or assistance at all, which is pretty disappointing. Overall, the experience is good, room is clean, really easy to reach both Busan KTX and Busan Station Line 1 metro subway (Tips: There's a lift in between exit 4 and 6 if you are too tired from climbing stairs). Staff needs to improve on service standard as they were pretty "cold" and nonchalant attitude towards us."

"Despite the rating here, I don't think that this qualifies as a four-star hotel by international standards (but a solid three-star, maybe even a 3.5 if you must)
HOWEVER, this property really is a solid choice for this price range -- great location on the Haeundae strip, steps away from the beach and vibrant food scene. About a five-minute walk from the subway (three if you're fast), but might be *slightly* tiring if you're carrying more luggage.
The rooms are a bit small, as is the bed, but I did have a patio with a partial sea view which I did not particularly care for, but others might love. Bathroom was spacious and clean, with a superb shower. The TV did not have enough multi-language channels, but it's not a business hotel so it's not a huge deal. Front desk was efficient and friendly, checking in and out only took a minute.
Loved the small details about this hotel -- the thoughtful faucet/shower head at the lobby door to spray off the sand before walking in, and the shampoos/body wash has surprisingly good quality for a hotel in this price range.
Overall, I would stay here again if I'm traveling to Busan alone, but for a romantic getaway I would probably splurge a bit more. "

"This is a good hotel to stay. It is near Seo-myeon metro station that is an interchange for 2 metro lines (Line1 and 2). If you are taking taxi to the hotel and the driver doesn't know where Busan Business Hotel is, just let him know that it is opposite Lotte Hotel. It will also be useful to have the name and address of the hotel in korean on hand to show the taxi driver. The drivers can key in the area code into their gps. Seo-myeon underground shopping arcade that links to the metro stations is also around 5mins walk away. It can be conveniently accessed from Lotte mall basement level. Convenient stores are also within a minute walk away from the hotel. The room is reasonably spacious (in terms of korewan and japan hotel size), very clean and comfortable. "

"Busan is very clean town and after eating everyone have to clear there own cutlery. We stay at Lotte Busan hotel, taxi is not expensive but if you prefer walking nearby a lot of restaurant and coffee cafe street. Train station also easier with a lot of shopping near station. Attractions a lot of walking and climbing up stairs. I when with my two sisters, we enjoy the 7 days trips."
