Great hotel with perfect service”
Before the departure to Tokyo we needed a driving license translation in Japanese and the hotel arranged this for free. We arrived too early for check-in, about noon. The staff was sorry we had to wait two hours in the beautiful bar with garden fountain view and upgraded us for free in a marvellous 60 sq mt suite with Tokyo Tower panoramic view. The hotel and the service are really 5 stars. There are two subway stations very close to the hotel (Akabanebashi - 3 min walk, Shibakoen - 5 min walk) plus free shuttle to Hamamatsucho railway station, which make the transportation very easy. Don't miss Katsura Kobe Restaurant on the 1st basement. In two weeks in Japan we ate 5 times Kobe and Hida beef and this one was by far the best. The Kobe steak is very expensive, about 130 Euro for 150 gr, but after it the best filet mignon or prime rib will seem to you without taste. The next time we'll go to Tokyo we'll stay definitely in The Prince Park Tower.

Awesome!”
I booked the Corner King Room and I have to say that my stay was perfect!! If I had stayed longer, I would have used the facilities or like the massaging services, but I only stayed for 3 days and I was mostly outside sightseeing. The location is perfect; It was very convenient that the Shibakoen Station is just there, which I took for Shibuya and Harajuku. And also the view of the Tokyo Tower was really beautiful from my room. The staff were all nice and friendly. One thing though is that there aren't any close restaurants and convenience stores, but I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Japan!! Thank you Prince Park Tower staff!

amazing view from the sky bar”
I stayed with my girlfriend for one night last week in one of the corner rooms with a view of Tokyo Tower. The hotel is styish and modern as you would expect from the flagship of Prince hotels. The corner room was large by Tokyo standards and we got a great view of the towerfrom both the room we ended up in. We did have to shif from the first room as it smelt strongly of smoke - this may have been that I did not request a non-smoking room but is definatly worth remembering as smoking in hotel rooms is common in Asia. make sure you check out the sky bar , it has the best view in Tokyo with Tokyo tower across the road. Drinking at the bar costs significatly less than at the tables and you get the entertainment of the highly skilled bar tenders plying their art. The hotel is situated in the middle of a small park giving some escape from the Tokyo madnessand is next to very sienic "old" tempel ( rebuilt). It is about a 30 min brisk walk to ginza and the same to Rappongi and the Subway is about 100m over the road.

FANTASTIC!!!”
It was grand, from the moment we entered the hotel to the moment we left, very glamorous and the service from the staff exceeded expectations, large bathroom/shower room. As it was a 4* hotel the tea and coffee was free which was a plus, as most of the 5* hotels expect the customer to be loaded with cash and pay for every small convenience within the hotel. Overall I was extremely happy with my stay at the Park Tower Tokyo Hotel and will definitely return if visiting Tokyo again.

Super nice”
We took a bus directly to the hotel from the airport, much much easier than subway and almost the same price. When we got there, we didn't know what to expect, since other hotel stops on the way to ours looked really nice. Once we got there, the staff were really nice and helpful. We got a room for three people and it was very comfortable. Beds had down comforters and were firm, but soft, unlike other beds in Asia where you feel as if you're sleeping on cardboard on the floor. For three grad. students studying abroad, staying in a sardine packed hall, the hotel was pure comfort. The shower and toilet were in separate rooms, nice for multiple people in one room. And the toilet was awesome, I know this sounds wierd, but for real. Everything was automated and the seat was heated. :) Also, if you take the subway, Akabanebashi is the closest stop. Get a suki card (think that's the name) so you can just beep it and get through the subway; not purchase a ticket everytime and for every transfer. From that stop everything is pretty convenient if you can figure out the shortest path with the least transfers. 7-11 has international ATMs, the one in the hotel doesn't work for all cards. Tokyo tower is right outside and you should go to the bar at the top of the hotel at night to see it and order a drink. It'll be a splurge, unless you're loaded, but worth it, don't forget your camera. Oh, also, fun neighborhood restaurant/shopping area if you walk past akabanebashi towards the next stop on the Oedo line, and cross the biggest intersection you pass. You'll also pass a Nissin grocery store if you want to buy snacks and fruit for your room.

Great hotel, perfect location”
the prince park tower tokyo hotel is an excellent hotel in tokyo with perfect location just outside the tokyo tower. recommend the corner view rooms in high floor. good service and very friendly. location is very central, opposite a shrine area, the tower and near the world trade centre and walkin distance to roppongi central district. shibuya was 2000 yen on the taxi. overall, slightly more pricy hotel, but good for downtown tokyo!

Freindly service and great location”
Nice hotel, quiet and clean.Hotel's personnels are very helpful, freindly, knowledgeable ,nice and full of service mind. The hotel is located close to the Tokyo Tower and Shiba-Koen - such a lovely place. Lots of small convenience stores located nearby about 10-15 mins walk. Bathroom is big and clean.I felt very safe to walk at night time alone in the park ( Shiba Park). This hotel I will absolute return. I like the big bhuddhist temple located next to the hotel. No convenience shop nearby but hotel shop is opened until 1:00 am.U can find fresh bakery in this shop. No coffee provided in the room. 24 hours service for free ice. Dining at the hotel is quite expensive but afternoon tea is worth for the money.Easy to access to various subway stations and JR station. Recommend to use hotel shuttel to JR Hamamatsucho.

Great Hotel”
The Park Prince Tower is a great hotel where I have stayed many, many times. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, bathtubs fantastic, toilet is separate and automated, many views are beautiful, there are lovely rooms with terraces, rooms are quiet, excellent convenience store in the lobby so that you can always get food when you need it and at normal prices, 1 block from the metro, 2 stops from Roppongi, very central -- so what else do you need?

A very nice modern hotel! ”
I've enjoyed staying at Prince Park Tokyo Hotel. It is conveniently located near Tokyo Tower and Roppongi Hills. The rooms are quite large and if you are lucky enough to be on a high floor, you will enjoy a great view.

Comfortable and efficient”
i had no complaints about the prince park tower. it's perhaps more of a business hotel than a tourist hotel and isn't exactly in the thick of things, but if you don't mind walking, the location can actually feel like a bit of a respite from crowded tokyo. my room was spotless, and i wish i could have taken my bathtub and magical cutting-edge toilet home with me. if you want a hotel that's a destination in itself, this is not your place, but i recommend it as a very nice place to sleep.

Elegant hotel with great service”
the staff was very friendly and helpful. the hotel store was very convenient and prices were reasonable. we didnt get a chance to take advantage of the bowling but the other amenties at the hotel were great. the view from the lounge was beautiful but it does come with a seating fee. we loved out room and bathrooms. very clean and spacious! it has a beautiful view of the park and the tokyo tower. the subway station was close by as well which made it convenient for traveling at all times of the day

Great views and service”
I stayed twice on this trip at the Prince Park Tower. One night right after we arrived in Japan was a seamless in and out trip. We returned a week later to stay for a week. They did not mention it, but we were upgraded to the same size room we booked but on a more expensive premium floor with even better views and amenities, such as an expresso machine in the room. The concierge had made all my dinner reservations prior to our arrival, and came over with a copy of them when we checked in. The staff in general really went out of their way to be of help.3 subway lines are convenient, so you can get most places easily, which more than makes up for the fact that it is otherwise not an especially interesting neighborhod to be based in. Highly recommended.

nice comfortable size hotel”
The hotel design is that all the room have views towards the outside. There is a park nearby and you can see Tokyo Tower is just the opposite. The surrounding area is pretty quiet, quite different from the normal busy city environment. It is about 10 min walk from the subway station. The room is very comfortable. Quite large size, with a big bathtub. Wifi is free. There is english channel TV and movies channel. The bed is comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I really enjoy my stay here and definitely recommend this to people who come to Tokyo

Excellent hotel”
We had a very enjoyable stay at the Prince Park hotel. Great location and an amazing view of the Tokyo Tower. Looked fantastic at night. The highlight for my children was the joint arrangement with the Prince Hotel which meant we could use the outdoor swimming pool at a discounted rate to cool off during the hot weather.

Great Service and Beautiful Location”
the hotel itself was in a great location close by tokyo tower and next to shiba park. the rooms were clean and quite spacious. the staff was amazing, they helped us with any questions we had an even helped us to book tickets to for kabuki theater. they were also great with helping us find locations for the sights we wanted to see. all staff there were friendly and extremely helpful. our rooms were cleaned once a day with newspaper delivered each day. we were very pleased with our stay and the surroundings were peaceful and quite. the walk from the station to the hotel wasn't to bad on a nice day but in the cold at night it wasn't all to pleasant but other than that a great stay and location.

Well appointed hotel with large rooms”
Snagged a Flash Deal on Agoda. Top quality service from the moment we pulled up in the taxi. Swift, prompt check in, assistance with bringing luggage to room. Room and bathroom were huge, well lit and impeccably clean. Shower was fantastic! Pillows weren't as comfortable as hoped but bed was without fault. Hotel was a ten minute walk to Daimon station, and twenty minute walk from Roppongi. Being close to Tokyo Tower made it a great landmark for direction pointers. On site shop in the lobby selling snacks, drinks, bakery items and other products to make up for lack of convenience store nearby. Open til 1am - very handy. In House restaurants somewhat expensive; for dinner for two at the Chinese restaurant.

Fantastic hotel ”
We were extremely lucky to be upgraded to a suite may I say it was bigger than my first apartment it is absolutely the biggest and best room on our trip around japan would suit larger families that over with from the moment we arrived we felt as we were special from booking in to checking out the staff are fantastic and nothing was to much trouble to from dodgy wifi ( fixed in 8 minutes from reporting to fix) to extra supplies it is a fantastic place to stay. The airport limo bus stop at the hotel which makes it easy for a first timer to japan it is a little way from ginza we took 30 minutes walking but flat easy walk. It is right near shiba park and tokyo tower so I would highly recommend the hotel

Great Hotel for Adults - not for kids”
This hotel is a 5 star for business people and adults. Check in is surprisingly lengthy, and language skills are not fantastic -- we had two rooms and the man offered to switch us to a suite for a family of 5, I accepted, and after switching us, he told me it would be an extra $400 per night. We did not agree on that and he was not prepared to discount it in any way, so we then had to go back to two rooms. They did not appreciate the kids waiting for 20 mins in the lobby and of course making a few sounds. The pool can only be used by adults, but the bowling ally was allowed for kids. The restaurant on the roof with spectacular views and a nice menu was also off limits to children. On Monday We asked the concierge for a babysitter for Tuesday and she almost blew a gasket. They offered to check with their Service and the price was $400 for 4 hours. I went on line and found the same service was offering for $250 and also found another service that came for a more reasonable $160 -- bonded and highly reputable. I asked for the name of a delivery Pizza place for the kids (the only night we did not take the m out for Japanese) and the concierge said that we are not allowed to order in, because the hotel offers room-service -- I suggested that the menu was not good for kids, they did not budge -- imagine the Four Seasons would have gone and picked up the Pizza we needed for the kids, these guys wouldn't give me a phone number. Even with the bad attitude regarding kids, this hotel is in a great location and is very, very nice. The views of Tokyo Tower are phenomenal. The Japanese are very gracious except for when it comes to children, so I would stay here again, but would book my own babysitter and make sure not to rely on them for any help with the kids.

And there is Airport Limousine bus to Narita and Haneda Airport.
