Beautiful Beach Hotel”

We enjoyed our stay at the Vessel Hotel Campana Okinawa. It has a great location, on the beach but also close to shopping. The area has a very international feel and the hotel staff and people in surrounding businesses are friendly and helpful. We hired a car and toured the island on our second day. The hotel was very helpful in arranging everything we needed. The rooms are large by Japanese standards and the breakfasts are great. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful and Comfort Stay”

We stayed in Vessel Hotel Campana Okinawa for 3 nights. The room is clean and tidy, the staff are helpful. During my stay, I lost my room key and the staff helped me to re-arrange the keys at once for security issue. We enjoy the breakfast buffet with various selections, and the food is yummy and fresh. After a day travel, we have a relax bathing there. If I go to Okinawa, I will stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed a great time staying at Vessel Hotel Campana Okinawa, we booked a large ocean room facing Sunset beach and the room is large, very clean, comfortable with high speed wifi, we rejuvenated ourselves by dipping into the 10th floor ocean view spa, it's totally awesome. The buffet breakfast is also excellent with good varieties of both Japanese and Western food selections. The location is right inside the shopping mall at American Village.

Vessel Campana has everything you need. I loved the public bath and the rooftop pool. It, however, needs more improvement in the breakfast service, such as an egg person and a better selection of fruit. The simple check-out system worked very well. If my friend is looking for a good hotel in Chatan, Okinawa, I would definitely recommend it.

Great Beach Vacations Near American Village”

We had a great time at the Vessel Campana Okinawa and will definitely come back. My wife and I and our 3 month old son had our first beach vacation here. The hotel made everything easy, strollers and high chairs are available. The bath and spa were incredible. The breakfasts were great as well. We enjoyed wandering around American Village with Starbucks, A&W, as well as Thai and Indian restaurants. And the Blue Seal ice cream was amazing. For baseball fans there is a baseball stadium 5 minute walk away. Great baseball!

This is my 2nd time staying at Vessel Hotel Campana Okinawa. Complimentary drinks and ice cream Its very close to American Village, Aeon Mall and other restaurants. Room is clean. Highly recommended!

Excellent”

My wife daughter and I travel to Okinawa every year. Usually we stay at a hotel across from the Vessel for half the price. This year, we booked late and couldn’t get a room at that particular hotel, so we went with Vessel. It was wonderfully located if you like just hanging out in the American Village. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, but I didn’t think much of the facilities and the breakfast was a little better than terrible. Fortunately, there are many restaurants around serving a nice breakfast. If your okay with spending $300 USD a night and up, than it’s okay, but we didn’t feel it was worth double the price of where we usually stay which is only a five minute walk away with the same view.

Great staff, free parking”

The hotel was nice, in a good location: central Okinawa gives you access to everything the island has. The room was nice, with a great bathroom and a balcony too. The beds and pillows were wonderful, and there is a small onsen in the hotel which you have access to. Easily accessible on foot: American village, the beach, Aeon mall for all food and other needs. Although there are better beaches on the island, Sunset Beach is good for families, not too deep and no waves. Overall, the hotel is great, and the free parking is VERY important: 500-1000 yen per day parking charges add up!

Great location with everything I need to shop and eat ”

Vessel provided bathtub and cot for my infant before check in which is really nice of them. A sunset beach is just 3 minutes walk from the hotel..we went to see the sunset but it was cloudy so we'll save it for my next trip :) they are lots of clothes shops,a drugstore and a 100yen shop which I guess is most asian's favourite spots to shop! We went to this sushi shop 一番亭 and it made my first dinner at Okinawa absolutely wonderful!

Comfortable hotel in shopping area”

This is the second time for me. The reason we chose Vessel again is the amazing ocean view and bath house. Imagine after a day of sightseeing, get a hot bath on the roof top, hooo.. amazing. Comparing other hotels in Japan, the size of the room in Vessel is very good. Recommend to stay in Chatan area, as it is easy to go north and south. Vessel is close to American Village, and it is easy to get some 24 hours restaurant in that area.

I booked Vessel Hotel as I have stayed in other Vessel Hotel chain before and love it! Love the public bath facility. Relaxing after a long day out. The breakfast spread is very good, with lots of options. Location wise, super convenient as it is smacked right in the American Village. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Chatan area.

Great location ”

One never knows if the hotel is good for vacation in a new city. I booked this hotel based on location. Wasn’t sure about being so close to Depot Island ( crowds, noise, etc) It turned out it was the best thing we did. It was a bit far from the airport but can not beat the convenience of restaurants and shopping for daily necessities. We booked 2 rooms and the staff unlocked the connecting rooms which was super helpful. Hotel main building is older than I had anticipated. The staff barely speak English and not helpful as far as local tour information. We got to the hotel late so our room location had obstruct view to the ocean. I thought we had booked for a better room view but decided not to take it up with the hotel since we are already settled. Breakfast wasn’t 5 star but definitely sufficient to fill our tummies. We got to try several local Okinawa local food which was great. Food selections were changed slightly. Would stay again but try the annex building instead

Family trip during go to campaign ”

We booked the trip before Tokyo residents were able to receive the go to campaign discount, but got it anyway since our trip was after Oct 1st. I am happy to say we would have paid the full price and would come back again. We stayed in the annex building, high floor with a beach view. Great for young children- 2 min to sunset beach, (Paid) rooftop pool and jacuzzi, indoor onsen with two types baths- regular and hibiscus bath which smelled amazing, just off the American village which was like an amusement park for the children and gave us many options for meals, different cuisines and on terraces etc. The breakfast buffet which was included in our plan was very good offering western options and local Okinawa dishes, and a Lawson conveniently located on the ground floor of the hotel. We wanted a place where we had something fun to do in case we go bad weather. Lucky for us typhoon 14 passed quickly. I highly recommend and thanks for having us!

Great for families with small children. ”

We had a fantastic stay at the vessel hotel campana. It was so close to the beach with showers outside the hotel to rid yourself of sand. There's a car park as well as a bus which takes you back to the airport. We had an amazing stay.

Lovely Hotel with Good Location & Nice Beach View”

The hotel is located in the American Village, which is in the center of the Okinawa island, so it is convenient to travel either to South or North of the island. There are a lot of shops and restaurants in the American Village, where you can find food and ice-cream even after 9pm. Excellent beach view from the hotel room, with walkable distance to Sunset beach. The staff are friendly. Overall, recommend to stay again.

Beautiful hotel, excellent view, good location”

a very excellent hotel, staff are nice. everything is new and clear, room is big and comfortable. the view from balcony is extremly fantastic as i find the america village is under my eyes. breakfast here is really excellent just like 5 stars hotel buffet. near the beach and america village that makes you save more time. there is no wifi in this hotel but you can use fixed lan cable for internet access. i have never tried a good hotel like this and this is my first choice if i will travel okinawa afterward.

great hotel”

this is a hotel with Japanese style hospitality, they have helpful staff of different nationalities. Although rooms are not the most modern but are clean and spacious for Japan (most 4+ star hotels in okinawa are not very modern just fyi). The location is really good with shopping malls and lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance, and a lawson just down stair. The hotel Onsen is great and relaxing after a full day of ocean activities. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing breakfast buffet, friendly staff and service”

The hotel provides very detailed service including umbrellas, bikes, children’s diapers toys etc. The breakfast buffet is amazing with lots of Okinawa traditional food so you don’t really have to look for them yourself. Provides kids and baby food and utensils etc. It is definitely a great hotel for family trips. Beautiful ocean view as well. My only complaint is elevator gets crowded and can take a while to wait it would be nice to have more elevators.

yes, i'm sure there are nicer resorts in okinawa, but this hotel is stylish, modern and in a great location on the beach near American village. set near the center of the island, the location provides a good base of operations for going just about anywhere. the staff are friendly and helpful and the beach is literally just down the stairs.

best hotel in Chatan”

I had stayed at Vessel, beach tower and Double tree in the Chatan area. I think Vessel hotel was best. Every staffs were very polite, well trained and super kind. And Vessel's room cleaning service was best!!!
