Exceptional”

There is free parking located just beside the hotel. We enjoyed our stay with clean and tidy hotel. There are 2 choices of the breakfast: western and japanese style. We have chosen the japanese style during check in. Staff is kind and have asked our reference on raw egg and natto. They can help to change to boiled egg and other food to replace natto if you wish to. My dad has dropped his glasses in the hotel restaurant. We did not dare to search around the restaurant, so after checked out we seeked for staff assistance on searching for the glasses. It couldnt be found but we understand as this is our careless mistake. However Furano Natulux Hotel staff, Ms Jib sent us email afterwards informing us that they found the glasses and willing to bear for the shipment fees to deliver the glasses to next hotel. We are deeply appreciate for the kindness and support. We will definitely visit again when come to Furano. Thank you!

Great stay and the hotel has most friendly staff ”

The hotel is literally across the street from Furano JR station, providing easy access to trains and buses. Compliments of the hotel, you can make your way to the ski slopes on one of three morning buses (8, 9, and 10am). The ride takes about 10 minutes. Natulux reception provides free bus tickets for your bus ride back to the hotel at the end of the day. There are dozens of restaurants and shops within a few blocks of the Natulux. The hotel front desk staff are friendly, helpful, and just make things happen like an old school concierge. Another benefit is that the front desk is trilingual (Japanese, English, and Mandarin), making it easy to communicate. We speak Chinese and English and were delighted by all the front desk staff. The senior staff remembered us year after year, and the junior staff are extremely well trained. Natulux is equipped with onsen facilities, pulling in water from nearby hot springs.

Cozy and comfortable hotel with great location”

Natulux Hotel is located right next to the Furano JR station and bus station, it is so convenient for us to drop off our purchases from the winery and cheese factory at the hotel before hopping onto the next bus. It is also within walking distance to Furano Marche, the main marketplace for one to stock up on souvenirs and local produce, and the main area to have a meal. Natalux Hotel has a restaurant that offers delightful meals throughout the day, but the place is relatively modest and does run out of meal items if you are not early enough. The rooms are small but adequate, equipped with a bathtub and complimentary bath salt for a good soak at night. Overall, it has been a wonderful stay and I would recommend it to my friends.

Great place to stay for the Furano/Biei trip”

We stayed for 3 nights at Furano Natulux Hotel for the sight-seeing trip to the Furano & Biei area, and couldn't be happier with our choice! The hotel is within easy walking distances to many eateries and markets in town. We got a ton of local information and souvenirs from a staff from Oregon at the Furano Tourists Center just across the street. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is great. Highly recommended!

Amazing staff and a very generous owner.”

We had a great stay at Furano Natulux. The staff is friendly and helpful. And we very much liked the modern design of the hotel. The location is rather far from the ski slopes but there is a regular bus that can take you there in about 15 minutes. The hotel provides bus vouchers and the bus/train stop is practically across the street. But the best thing about this hotel has to be the very generous owner, Ishihira-san. She took us to a few of the local tourist attractions, such as the Cheese and Wine Factory, and some local pubs. She also paid for some of our meals too. To top it off, she packed us a lunch for our trip to the airport. This is a great hotel and I can't recommend it enough. IXSMtravel.com offers direct buses from Sapporo airport to Natalux for 2500yen (~2.5 hour ride).

Good hotel - highly recommended!”

This is our second time staying at Furano Natulux Hotel. It is opposite the Furano train station. Very clean hotel and breakfast is good. The staff members at reception are very helpful and attentive. Thank you, Miss 謝 for helping us with booking of winter activities for us and calling taxis for us. Will surely stay at this hotel again whenever we are in Furano.

Gorgeous, stylish, conveniently-located hotel”

Designed by a famous Japanese architect, the hotel is stylish, modern and very appealing. The lobby is very welcoming, and although quite a compact hotel, it doesn't feel cramped. Similarly, the rooms are well designed such that there is no wasted space. Though the room we had (double bed) was compact, it was not too cramped. The glass 'window' from bathroom to bedroom made it more spacious. There is a bath area at level 1 - not a true onsen, but a hot Japanese bath. Great for soaking in after hitting the slopes - if it's not too crowded, as it is very small! If you have it to yourself, it's a treat. The location is a good selling point - as you step out of the JR Furano station, it is just literally on the right (or when you drop off a bus from Sapporo). Very useful when lugging wheelie luggage through snow (Furano has lots of it)! Our stay includes breakfast, a choice of Japanese or Western style. Both are very good - not buffet, so more civilised. A good hotel, for a price. The only draw back is that it is a bus ride from the ski slopes of Kitanomine or Furano, and those buses are limited (e.g. only one bus in the morning leaves from the JR train station at 8.10am sharp; the next bus is in the afternoon). However, being located at the Furano town, dining options are good.

Excellent boutique hotel”

A very great experience staying in the Furano Natulux hotel, great breakfast, small hotel room but great design and very cozy and clean, great resturants around the hotel. Hotel staffs are very friendly to provide travel information and arrange transport, surely will recommend this nice hotel to my friends.

Our Second Stay”

This was the second time we have stayed at the Natulux hotel, and it was as good as our first. The staff are all very helpful and do everything they can to assist. The breakfast is a great way to start each day and the rooms are lovely. We will stay here again next time we visit Furano

Excellent Location and Modern Facilities ”

It was a lovely stay at Furano Natulux. Though the room charges are slightly higher, the convenient location (1 min walk from train station/bus terminus) makes it an excellent launch pad to anywhere within the Furano vicinity. Restaurants and supermarkets are also within minutes of walking distance.

Free parking and free wifi .I do not believe there is a hotel that is closer to Natulux if you are taking the bus . Staff is very friend and can speak good english . Appreciate Natulux for providing me a free upgrade . Upgraded room is relatively large and comfortable . Room offers as nice view to the mountains if you happen to stay on higher floors . Overall love my stay in Natulux . The lifts does have an odd burning smell . perhaps this might have been due to heaters being activated in the lifts during winter

Luxury hotel in the ski resort area”

Everything is top notch in this hotel. It's not a big hotel, but there's a sense of warmth and welcoming feeling the moment we entered the hotel lobby. The lobby decor was tastefully done, with some displays of books (about furano and other stuff) and their spa products (and there's also a piano) :) We had one double and one twin rooms, but I think the twin room was actually slightly bigger than the double room. The space in the rooms was fully utilised, but not cluttered looking. The basin was just outside the bathroom, which in my opinion was great. Cuz you could still get on with your business if someone was occupying the bathroom :) Another thing I would rave about, would be the breakfast they served. I simply love every bit of the western breakfast! You would need to choose the type of breakfast you want during your stay (Japanese or western). The serving portion is definitely more than enough to kick start your day of skiing/snow activity. They even gave their guests drinks coupons so they could redeem hot tea or juice when they returned to the hotel. The hotel staff even gave us some free coupons for the bus trips (not sure if they do it regularly or only seasonal) when we needed transportation to the mountain. As we were traveling in a small group, therefore sharing a cab wasn't an issue. There're a couple of restaurants just behind the hotel. It's great to have a few friends gathering around for some BBQ food and beers!! :) Although this hotel might cost a bit more than some of the other ski hotels (or inns/ ryokans), but one great plus point is the close proximity to the train station, which is just across the road.

nice boutique hotel”

Wonderful stay in the Furano Natulux Hotel, love the free public bath/spa in winter, even though it is indoor only. Friendly staffs with limited English speaking, room very clean and modern design, very close to Furano train station, only 10 mins drive from hotel to ski park, we enjoyed the lovely scenery in winter if you don't go skiing, a whole white world, awesome!

Nice little hotel in good location”

This is a nice hotel that is well located in central Furano near the train station. We arrived and were upgraded from an economy room to the next one up, which was a nice surprise. The room (as you expect in Japan) was small but perfectly formed and cosy. The male and female baths in the hotel were also lovely and there is a cafe on the ground floor (which serves breakfast if you've ordered that). At check-in, lots of info and a map was provided along with recommendations for restaurants. Breakfast (we chose Japanese was good). We mainly came to Furano to go kayaking but we found a couple of nice cosy restaurants and some great food (go for omu-kare/omlette curry - it's awesome). Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice 4star hotel near to JRststion”

Furano natulux hotel is 4 star hotel just 5 minutes walk to JR train station. Modern facilities .good breakfast . Staff are polite and friendly . The counter staff an speak good English.

Convenient and VERY Helpful”

We had a quick two night stay in Furano. Location of the hotel is in town and away from the ski resort. We went Cat Skiing so location was not a priority. Hotel staff were AMAZING! Furano was our last ski destination in Hokkaido and they assisted us with Yamato courier to take our ski gear and ship to Narita-Shi Airport while we continued our travels throughout Japan. Hotel rooms are cozy and on my list to recommend to other travellers!

Excellent hotel with helpful staff”

The hotel is situated within 2-3 mins walk from the Furano Station. The staff was extremely helpful as they helped us to take out our laundry from the dryer since it was very late in the night. It has one of the most comfortable pillow amongst all the hotels we stayed during our trip. It also has a small souvenir shop with well-labelled products. They even provided with a Furano map with all the eateries around the hotel.

Fantastic location with Fantastic Staff ”

The hotel is located within 3 mins walk from the Furano JR station and most buses going to the major spots run from there. Lots of good food spots around the hotel, and the hotel gives a nicely drawn map that helps alot. Must try their omelette rice which was great. And lastly, the staff is great, speaks English well and are very thoughtful and helpful. Will definitely recommend to those coming to Furano.

Modern hotel and strategic location”

Came to Furano for Summer to visit their flower parks. Staffs were very helpful and approachable. Room was cosy and well furnished. Hotel is beside Furano tourism centre and JR Station, makes it convenient to visit flower parks in Nakafurano or even further in Biei. Sightseeing buses (JR Twinkle Bus, buses to cheese factory, grape juice and wine factory) & Lavender go bus (to and fro Asahikawa Airport) stops/set off at JR Station. Love their breakfast too.

Nice location, clean and cozy room, kind staff”

Nice location. Just 1 minute to furano station. I love the sophisticated interior design and cozy and clean room. The staff members in hotel are very kind. They gave all guests free evening shuttle bus tickets to new prince hotel. Unfortinately i couldn't use them because i had to leave furano to sapporo because chuo bus was stopped and trains were delayed by blizzard. Anyway i will stay next time too.
