Although the room is small, it has everything you need and is sufficient for a solo traveler. It's only a 2-minute walk from the Shinjuku Gyoen 1st exit, making it very convenient to go anywhere. When I arrived at the hotel for check-in, there were already 8 guests in front of me. The reception had 3 computers open for registration, and it was quick to get the room key. Communicating with the staff in English was not a problem. I estimated that more than half of the guests were foreigners with white skin. The hotel is located within a 5-16 minute walk from the main shopping centers in Shinjuku, but considering the low rent, it is acceptable. There is a restaurant next to the hotel lobby, but I did not go there. There are not many restaurants around, so it is most convenient to buy food from 7-11 or walk a few minutes to Kabukicho to find food. Inside the room, I stayed in a room with a double bed for one person, and the luggage could only be opened at the door. The air conditioning was cold enough and had no strange smell. Outside the window, my room 1011 did not have a view, but I did not have time to slowly look around the room during my trip. The lighting was sufficient, but the entrance was a bit dark, which may be inconvenient when carrying luggage. Each room has its own independent Wi-Fi, and it was no problem to open YouTube and watch 1080p videos. The toilet had good ventilation, and there was no moisture seeping out of the room. They provided paper cups, toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, razors, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The quality was acceptable unless you have special high requirements. The hotel facilities include a foreign currency exchange machine in the basement, with a rate of 90% of the international exchange rate. There is also a large public bath, but I did not use it. There are only 4 washing machines and 4 dryers, and many people use them at night, so it is recommended to wash clothes early or before breakfast. The hotel also provides a black cat point-to-point delivery service. I did not know how to fill out the form in Japanese, so I asked the staff in the lobby, and he helped me proactively.
