Quiet and cozy stay with beautiful view of the snow mountains”

This hotel is very different from the normal city hotels as it is surrounded by nature and allow us to gaze over a huge farm and snow mountains. We had a quiet and cozy stay in this hotel. The only setback is we cannot open the window in the room because there are bugs outside the trees. Also, there is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up to the room on the 2nd level. The toilet is very small but the water pressure of the shower is big and strong. I would love to stay there for a night or two but not longer than that as it is not easy to find food and shopping there.

The service is wonderful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is big enough for four people. Furniture in the room and public area is of good taste. The breakfast is amazing.

台湾と美瑛の自然を感じられる宿”

まず、ロケーションが素晴らしい。美瑛と聞いてイメージする丘、畑の景色が一望できます。印象に残ったのは、台湾人スタッフのフレンドリーさ（良い意味で！）と台湾風の夕食。夕食と朝食はオプションでつけます。 2泊しましたが、もっと長く滞在したい気持ちになりました。また、季節を変えて訪れたいです。

良かった点１．部屋が広くて、トイレとお風呂が分かれていた。部屋のドアを開けると風除室が無いので冬は少し寒いかもと思いました。引き違いの扉が欲しいと思いました。２．朝ごはんが野菜一杯でハーブチキンも美味しかった。直してほしい点メインの玄関ホールがかび臭かった。換気扇を付けて換気するだけで第一印象が良くなると思います。

元フランス料理のシェフが提供してくれる料理、親切なスタッフの対応、とても良かったです。 6歳の子供も一緒でしたが満足でした。コロナ後で、大浴場と夜の食事提供が再開されるのが楽しみです。

素泊まり！です…”

アンダーコロナゆえ、ほとんどのスタッフが国に帰っているらしく、オーベルジュとありながら、料理はでない。朝ごはんは、プラス1000円だそう。大浴場もスタッフがいないので、使えない、、、部屋にあるユニットバスはかなり狭い… 写真でみていたサービスは受けられない状態。立地は素晴らしいのと、天井高くて開放感のあるお部屋はよい。ちょいちょい調度品がダサいけど、いかにも素泊まりペンションにきたと思えば良いのかも。

首先，由於我在網上看到的評論皆是好評為主，所以我對這間民宿的期望是比較高的。我們到達這間民宿時接近傍晚六時，當我們到達門口時，完全沒有工作人員過來接待，而當我們進入旅館的範圍，有一位台灣的男職員協助我們登記，他的禮貌尚算勉強可以，但絕對沒有台灣人的熱情及日本人的禮貌水平，不過都有主動幫客人拿取其中一件行李，這還是可以接受的。不過希望店主留意一下那位男職員的態度，非常冷漠，完全沒有做服務業的感覺，尤其是在日本，不是應該更加好的嗎？這間民宿的洗手間的空間實在太細小了，我想提一提就是這條浴簾，實在太臭了，完全沒有洗乾淨。另外，這位男職員曾溫馨問過我，要否更換床單及被鋪，我清晰表示需要，他們說沒有問題，這一點我還是感到滿意的，不過到了第二天，床單不單止沒有換掉，連摺整齊床舖也沒有，另外我們發現枕頭上有六至七點血跡，我對你們的衛生有點懷疑。。早餐方面，感到不錯的，感受到女店員的誠意。這位女職員在其他方面也非常有禮貌及有誠意，令我們感覺好轉不少。這是值得嘉許的！我們不是要拿取優惠或者什麼，不過亦應該不會再來下一次，只是想提醒老闆留意一下。或者我們入住前居住在日本的旅館，他們的服務人員非常有禮貌及熱情，可能發生太大的反差，所以才會對你們的旅館的服務人員的態度有點失望。
