            Password key acces”

            The hostel is good but if you dont have finish number or internet you may have problems receiving the key acces code!!!! apparently they have a miscommunication with Agoda and they are not sending it. so you have to call them in the hostel to get you code to enter.

            Bad service, fraud, I waited 3 hours at the hotel door and no one opened the door for me, they took the money from me and nothing was returned, there is no reception at the hotel, I do not advise anyone to book this hotel also, there is no phone number to call

            Customer Service needs Improvement”

            This is a two-step access hotel facility with no permanent staff available onsite. I was missing the password and room number which resulted in a major inconvenience in the absence of cell phone and data service. Reliable customer service should be made available to users of the hotel.

            Very clean and tidy rooms.”

            Staff only daytime available but questions still getting answered by sms. Kitchen is good equipped for making your own breakfast bought in the nearby supermarkets. We arrived outside the working hrs so we didn't meet the staff in person therefor the 4 stars for the sms conversation as replies came quick.

            공항과 멀지 않은곳에 위치한 가성비좋은 숙소”

            밤12시 도착 비행기라 공항근처 저렴한 숙소를 찾아 예약했습니다. 교통편은 새벽한시까지 공항철도가 다녀서 p라인 2정거장 이동하면 되요. 전 철도를 놓쳐서 택시를 탔어요. 택시 탈 경우 반드시 가격 확인하고 타시길. 숙소도착라니 7km거리를 65유로 내라고 해서 당황.. 체크인 당일 이메일로 현관비번, 개인룸 번호와 비번을 전달해줘서 늦은시간 체크인해도 문제 없고, 공용주방과 쉼터 공용욕실 화장실도 깨끗한 편입니다. 늦게 예약한 것 치곤 저렴하게 숙소 이용하여 만족합니다.
