直接能看到大海,几步路就到达beach, south wing楼有点旧,不如north wing,还是海景房好。
有free shuttle到DFS,走路十分钟也可以到
房间很干净,很舒服
服务态度很好,需要什么,很快送到

房间比较大,有一个卧室、一个客厅、一个卫生间,也能看到海景。但是房间内的设施比较差,卫生间花洒的水很小,几乎没有办法洗头,床也不舒服,热水壶有点脏。早餐非常简单。另外酒店的位置有点偏,处于杜梦湾最北。酒店有自己的沙滩,但沙滩上的设施非常简陋,只有两三张免费使用的沙滩椅。酒店的员工和大堂经理的服务不错,若有问题或需要,还是比较热情及快速的解决。

a mediocre, not that great
the swimming pool, the location, and the ocean view

Aurora is near major hotels like Nikko & Westin. It's very close to the downtown shopping area and some nice restaurants.(you could walk there)
However, in spite of the fact that I was in the "Executive" room, the shower in the tub hadn't provided hot water. The hotel pick-up was $35 for two people, which is $10 more expensive than using a taxi. The maid wouldn't get us clean towels since we had asked for "privacy" until you ask for some.
They fixed our shower, helped with the trouble in using the outlet,and using the cable channels. But the service overall was not that impressive considering the amount I have paid to both Agoda & Aurora.

Island wing was nice...better than the last time I stayed there

Try and get island wing...better rooms and they are updated. Older rooms on the other side, was given a key not a key card, but a key to the room!

Nice and quiet location

The location of the hotel was great. At the end of the strip and away from the loud, crazy clubs and people. The exterior of the hotel looked a little run down and when I was there they were undergoig reconstruction. To access my room we had to use an actual key, not keycard. They room was great though. Spacious with a beautiful ocean view. No internet in the rooms. You had to go down to the lobby and even then the connection was not good at all. It was a nice stay overall.

Resort? spa? motel at best maybe..

i have travel all over and this is by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. only good thing about my stay was when i checked out. when we arrived at the hotel, the front desk (which was simply a whole bunch of un-matching tables they could put together with laptops) told us that we had to check in at 2pm. i asked if they had internet in the rooms and told them about the bad reviews - the agent said "guaranteed" the room would have internet and work fine. we came back at 2pm. there was a line of about 10 people and only 3 agents working very slowly. took us 45 minutes to get through the line. when we arrived in our room - well, there was no electricity. room was okay, despite recent renovation. we had adjoining room but the door adjoining the rooms was locked. also this room did not have internet. we asked the front desk to send someone to fix the electricity, no one came. after was asked to speak to the gm, who was unavailable to speak to customers, his assistant came to us and switched our rooms to a different part of the hotel. we paid for an island wing executive suite but received a downgrade to a junior suite. don't understand how an executive suite does not have internet, in 2012?? when we finally arrived to our new room, we had broadband internet, but the connection was so slow. i mean slow. you cannot download movies, music or applications. email at that was in and out. the tv worked but you had to turn the entrance hall light on to received power to that side of the room. they had no irons, no ironing board. bugs and small ants in the bathroom. the toilet would flush but you had to hold down the lever. water pressure, wait, no water pressure. the spa is closed... the gm came by to offer us breakfast coupons, but i kindly declined them - under those conditions in this "resort" i would be scared to eat the food. i would be embarrassed to call this a hotel, a resort or spa - it was not that at all.

Big room, and nice bathrooms

Hotel appears to be under new management and they haven't got everything together yet. It is obvious that the hotel is no longer in its hay day as a majority normal amenities attributed to a five star hotel are missing. The lobby is not air conditioned, there is only one restaurant in the hotel and it is a little over priced with poor selection. The pool is nice and the private beach provide a unique experience from some of the other hotels on the island, but they have no drink services what so ever at the beach. Overall, the hotel does not live up to its so called five star rating but it has potential. Its location is very convenient to down town and seeing the sites but if you are looking for a great hotel experience vice a Guam experience you will probably want to stay somewhere else.
