Everybody was very friendly, helpful, polite. The room was excellent. Service in the lounge was all day first class. We would stay again in this really well manage hotel

nice room, nice bed, overall we like staying here, within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, there is a bus stop nearby hotel and also a metro station, (but we didn't use any of it) there are several hotels next to this hotel too, but concorde is the nearest one to the shops

Great hotel in good location for shopping

We were welcomed to the hotel by friendly reception staff who went out of their way to make sure we placed into a quiet room within the hotel. The bedroom was also a welcome surprise - large, light and well equipped with a very comfortable bed. The location was wonderful, close to the underground and in particular close to fantastic shopping. I recommend this hotel for both holidays and business. Internet access was fast and efficient and so made completely business easy.

this was a really lovely hotel which was very reasonably priced through agoda. the staff were apologetic that our room was unavailable for us upon arrival and presented us with a free drink in the bar until it could be made so. then we were given an upgrade due to the inconvenience that was presented.
the room was lovely, very comfortable, and the service was wonderful.
our only disappointment was the limit of one device that can use their wi-fi. two adults are likely to have a device each (a fiancé who is addicted to ipad games and a compute for me to work from). after a request this was amended though.
i would highly recommend the french restaurant, le faubourg, which is attached to the hotel. it has sensational food and exceptional staff.
the location was great - brilliant for shopping and close to the train stations for visiting sights.
overall, a relaxing and lovely stay in berlin.

This hotel is located smack bang in the middle of the shopping district. To one side of the hotel, all of the high end labels - Prada, Gucci, etc - and to the other side all the high street favorites - H&M, Cotton On, and so on.

Great location, wonderful suite

Our Berlin stay was just wonderful. The weather was perfect, the hotel accommodation excellent, people smiling and service outstanding. We were upgraded to a corner suite with 13 windows and spectacular view over the neighborhood. We really enjoyed the access to the lounge with another unforgettable view and private space to have breakfast, snack or drink. What we really appreciated was the opening time. Our breakfast was served till noon on weekend and holidays and till eleven on weekdays.
