Good location with efficient service,
Staff are helpful and accommodating. They were prepared to serve us breakfast @ 7am before we left for the airport though they only serve breakfast @ 8am.

Overall,our stay was comfortable. However there's no bedside table and mirror in the room. A dressing table with mirror is a necessity. The "ancient" lift needs to be upgraded.

Cosy hotel with efficient staff
Close to Hop On Hop Off bus station & about 20 minutes walk to shopping area. Quiet locality

Enjoyed the stay. Staff very accommodating and prompt in service. They were prepared to serve us breakfast @ 7am before leaving for the airport though they usually serve breakfast only at 8.30am.
However the lift is 'ancient'. Needs upgrading. Room is clean

A little out of city center, but it's very easy with the metro system to go from one end of the city to the other. Good breakfast in the morning and lots of pamphlets to help with your sightseeing. We got rainy cold days during our stay, but we borrowed umbrellas, which makes a big difference. We were on the 4th floor (lots of stairs) but there is a very small and old elevator. The hotel is old, but they were renovating our floor when we were there. Standard clean room.

Arta Lenz is located right in the city with lot of shops and restaurants. There is a train station right next to it. It is very easy to get to attractions on buses. Parking can be a bit of a problem though, but is still manageable. The room is quite small for double occupancy but the bathroom is spacious, clean and new. The triple and quad rooms seems much bigger. The breakfast is continental, ie cold cut meats and cheese, but they do have a good selection of it.

Flying Chicken is really tasty. Check out Soul Cat which is a bit of a bus ride away on M29

餐飲提示:
100 biere serves good food. Qbar is just at the corner. Pirates is lovely to bask in the sun (when there is). Next door cafe NY is nice too. Flying chicken next to Kaiser is fantastic.

Sehr großes Zimmer mit 4 Betten, sehr kleiner Fernseher, schöner Altbau, sauberes Bad, leider kein Shampoo oder ähnliches, Zimmer erst spät belegbar, aber Gepäckaufbewarung. Ein Angestellter am Empfang war nicht sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich aber das andere Personal war sehr freundlich.

Schon in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel!
Günstiges Hotel mit Frühstück

Das Hotel ist nicht mehr das jüngste!
Unser Zimmer war zum schlafen ausreichend!
Der Preis für die Übernachtungen ist unschlagbar günstig, zumal auch ein Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen war!
Am lustigsten ist der Fahrstuhl!! Den muß man gesehen haben!!
Der stammt wohl noch aus den Gründerzeiten von Berlin-aber er funktioniert!
Alles in allem reicht es aus, wenn man den ganzen Tag sowieso nur Unterwegs ist!

Sauberes kleines Zimmer

Zimmer war in Ordnung. Das einzigste was zu bemängeln war, daß der super kleine Fernseher nicht funktionierte und bei der ersten Nachfrage an der Reception es hieß, das kann nicht sein. Nachdem der Angestellte sich selbst davon überzeugte, meinte er nur, da kann er nichts machen, dann müßte ich zum Fußball schauen in ein Cafe gehen, dieser TV wäre sowieso zu klein, um Fußball sehen zu können. Am nächsten Tag nach erneuter Nachfrage bei einem anderen Mitarbeiter wurde dann nach weiteren 6 Stunden Abhilfe geschaffen.

Einfaches Hotel in optimaler Lage
Ku'damm und U-Bahn Nähe zu günstigem Preis

Einfaches Hotel in einer Nebenstrasse des Ku'damm. Schönes Gebäude, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das EZ war recht günstig, deshalb ist alles relativ. Das Zimmer hätte etwas sauberer sein können - war aber kein echtes Problem. Das TV war winzig, die Möbel sehr einfach. Größter Vorteil neben der Lage: das Zimmer war extrem ruhig. Für den, der nur zum preiswerten Schlafen ins Hotel kommt sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück war i.O. , der Speiseraum leider beengt. Aber auch kein Thema. Habe mich - unterm Strich - doch wohlgefuehlt.
觀光/景點提示:
Hotel liegt an einem Ende des Ku'damms - am anderen das KaDeWe. Ku'damm hochlaufen und das touristische Berlin geniessen. Danach stöbern und einen Happen essen im Traditionskaufhaus. Über die U-Bahn Station Adenauer beim Hotel erschliesst sich der Rest der Stadt schnell und einfach.
