Great hotel in a great location
location, room, value for money

This hotel is in a truly fantastic location - literally seconds form the tram and rail stops and close to a lot of bars and restaurants. The room was spacious, well appointed and spotless and the hotel staff very helpful and friendly.My only complaint was that wi-fi is not free and is (in my opinion) very expensive at £14 per day!!

Good hotel and good location.

Stayed for a long weekend and hotel was in great location for central berlin. Lots of nice bars and restaurants in the adjacent market. Would reccomend a stay here.

Good location but unhelpful staff

Have stayed here regularly as the location is excellent and the rooms/apartments are to a high speck and large. The service is however distinctly lacking. On leaving I inquired as to train times from the nearby Alexanderplatz to the Airport but was told that this was information they did not have and would not get for me. All it would have taken was a small amount of initiative, an internet search and some basic customer service. For the price this should be expected. Also, there is no Wifi except in the reception. Will try elsewhere on my next Berlin trip.

The hotel is easily accesible from the train station.
However if you are coming by the airport , it may not be that easy to find.
Also, WIFI is chargeable other than using it in the lobby.

Definitely go back there again, I loved everything about this place, walking distance to most attraction, supermarket around the corner, train station etc..simple the best

this hotel is ok if a little soulless. breakfast fine with plenty of choice though quite busy at weekend. rooms a bit small. a bit of a mix up at check-in as they had lost the reservation - was sorted eventually but no real apology. good base to explore berlin.
