Very comfortable and amiable. As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I can leave all the hustle bustle of Hanoi outside the gate. The opera wing is actually very modern and beautiful, bright and we like it better than the classic wing. Hotel offers airport taxi at $16 per ride. Welcome drink included in the package also made us feel great.
Service at opera wing is not as good as at the classic, as the concierge is on the other side.
Booking is very easy. However, when filter the hotels from a long list, will you provide more filter function (such as price etc.) other than just the location.
