*酒店环境较好，较舒适，房间很大，房内有沙发区（不是仅仅的一张沙发），又有个大露台。
*有个好大的泳池，可以出外浮潜也可在酒店尽情享受。
*酒店自己有租车服务价钱跟外面的店铺价钱几乎一样，餐饮水平较好，且价钱便宜，绝对不是酒店价
*人员服务态度好，可安排寄存行李几天（已经离开酒店后寄存）。
飯店功能提示:
环比普吉岛，是性价比相当高的酒店，不住在巴东嘈闹区域，但是距离也不远。

环境很好的酒店，服务态度也很好，酒店在山上，到的时候很晚了，就在酒店吃的晚餐，预备被狠宰，结果两个人吃到撑，才RMB100出头，确属意外，遗憾的是没有时间去卡马拉海滩走走，订的时候没有其他选择，被迫订的家庭房，房间超级大，又因为在山上，静谧得吓人，连上洗手间都要叫上老公陪才敢去。。。

Check in took over an hour. Manager had left, putting someone in charge that did not speak english and did not know how to check people in. (un)Luckily for us, the man in charge had his drunk girlfriend there, who tried to help but was too drunk to do much good. After being changed rooms 3 times, we were finally allowed to just stay in the large suite. Beautiful room. Cleaning staff did fine, but the front counter staff rarely did anything but watch tv or play poker on the check-in computer. Didnt even acknowledge us as we came or went. No hot water for 2 of the 3 days we stayed there, though we were told constantly it would be on in "just 2 hours". In general, you could just tell there was obviously a management problem. Poorly run place, which is sad because the rooms are huge and well done and the layout/design of the place is beautiful. Sad. I would not recommend this place to others unless a new/more proactive manager is hired and the staff brought into line.

The stay at the hotel was nice, once we finally got there. Due to a mix up with agoda and the hotel we could not stay there on our first night because it was over booked. Disappointed over all.

Beautiful view from room and service with smile
View overlooking Kamal Beach, nice pool and landscaping. Staff easy to communicate with and assisted with arranging activities .

It was a great stay at the resort would recommend to anyone, any age and for any purpose in the area.
