During June & July 2009 Chiva-Som will refurbish Ocean View rooms in the North Wing. Refurbishing work will only take place when guests are not in this area. There will be no disturbance to guests as this wing houses the Emerald Room restaurant (and no work will take place during breakfast, lunch and diner service). Other facilities in this area are the Executive Offices. Treatment rooms are on the opposite side of the resort so these will not be affected.
Some specific room requests may not be accommodated during this time. If the client requests a specific room number that is being refurbished, the resort will reallocate them to a favorable room to their liking (even if this means upgrading them, with compliments).
