big room

too far from BTS

This is a good hotel, only problem is the distance to BTS station is too far. Breakfast is too broing. Shall provide more info on the tourist point and shopping area.

房間乾淨，舒適，寬暢，room service好

態度不是很好，英文能力待加強

對於這家飯店我對環境感覺很好，房間很乾淨很舒適。只是服務生態度沒有說是很好，英文能力也不行，問櫃台服務生哪裡有public telephone他們聽不懂，問他們可不可以要張紙(paper)也有聽沒有懂。 離開時說我打破了個玻璃杯，我回想沒有，繼續問，她說一個杯子不見，我想起說某晚定room service收盤子時我一併把杯子放在托盤上。如果不見就說不見，為何說杯子破掉呢？ 除了服務生態度之外我覺得這家飯店很方便，離捷運站只要45塊的計程車車程，加上飯店巷口的捷運站正在蓋，如果蓋好一定更方便。

給我們房間的那一棟大樓根本就是在整修,進去房間就是一股霉味,沒有熱水,空調會跳掉,浴室電源沒有插座,房間電線是外露的,晚上服務員沒有會講英文的,早餐的菜好像是煮過好幾次的,捷運站還再蓋沒有好,離鬧區還要再坐30分鐘的計程車!
