It was a four hour travel from the airport but it was worth it. Made some tourist friends. Nice stay.

Good and Charming Location

The location of Warren's Beach Resort is good, especially if you intend to use it as a base for touring northern Cebu. The rates are attractive for a sea view room. Restaurant good, though limited offering (good because there is little or nothing else around). Staff pleasant and accommodating. Air conditioning really good (once you put it on full blast).
This is where the positives end. The place is falling apart. Phones not working, safes not working (must use security key which is also available to staff, the shower resembles a drip-system) and the mattress was like sleeping in an inverted rainbow position.
For a back-packer, this is not too bad but it requires a car to get around.
Understanding the limitations and negatives of the place, I will sill give it a causions recomendation as long as you understand the above.
