酒店入面大部份員工態度,笑容都好好.又冇話要收小費.咁平個價錢,有咁嘅服務!服務算係滿哂分.不過酒店比較舊,連boil水個boil都冇,要自己買飲用水.地點都接近商場.

我在richmond hotel住過幾次,我覺得最好就是啲員工同埋酒店好槳意滿足客人的需要,有什麼要求都能盡量滿足人客,同埋亦可給人客提早check in 帶來好好多方便,地點又在市中心,去邊到都好方便,價錢有平,又有spa收費又合理,我非常滿意酒店所有服務.

位置很好，离购买lee牌便宜的ayala中心很近，步行10分钟以内，服务很不错，大厅有wifi。就是设施比较陈旧，显得比较脏.
購物提示:
ayala的lee牌是国内的1/3左右价格。

I booked this room for my brother when he visited Cebu last week. He told me that the hotel looked kind of old but it was okay for him since the room was big. I booked him a superior room but he was upgraded to a Deluxe room so that made him happy. He didn't avail of the breakfast so I can't comment about this one. He told me that if he visits Cebu again, he'll probably choose another hotel that is newer.

The hotel is near Cebu's biggest shopping mall "yellow center"where you can find great restraunt. It is around 90 peso from the hotel to the Pier.The shower facility is great.There are several budget hotel like "Tune hotel""island hotel" nearby.

Gloomy hotel with no hot water in the room

The hotel is old and there was no hot was water in the room. After calling 5 times the reception, we finally did not get any hot water. There is no restaurant by the hotel so as it was late we had diner at the hotel restaurant which was gloomy but the food was correct even if half the menu was not availble.
