For booking a transfer package the resort needs to have an advance deposit and booking details such as: complete names of all passengers, age, gender, nationality plus flight no. and estimated arrival time. The resort must have at least a minimum of three days in advance the confirmation and all details.

Please note that guests are required to provide their flight details at least 3 days prior to arrival by email to Agoda Customer Service at cs@agoda.com. Please indicate how many persons will travel and if there would be any excess baggage.


Please be advised that the resort will charge an additional 6% surcharge when using credit card for incidental charges incurred inside the resort.

Please be advised that the hotel strictly charges additional person (more than 2) for guests staying in Superior Room and Suite Room payable directly to the hotel.

Deluxe Twin and Deluxe Double are strictly for double occupancy and cannot accommodate an extra person.

The resort charges fees for children/extra person aged 3-4 (Php 450) without extra bed but with breakfast and for children of 5 years and above (Php 900) with extra bed and breakfast. Charges will be paid directly to the resort.

Please note that The reception closes at 7:00pm. Please advise should you have a late arrival in the resort. For important concerns of the in-house, there is a night watch person in-charge.

Please note that if you wish to have your beddings and towels to be changed everyday, the hotel offers a laundry service at an additional cost. Economically, the hotel changes the beddings and towels every three (3) nights.

Please note that breakfast serving starts at 7:30 am to 11:00 am (subject for extension upon request).
