Lau K. 商務旅客 Macau, 2013年5月17日	地理位置較差, 景觀優員工服務懮, 房間舒適, 無線網絡快速 9 我們住了2晚,第一天到島上就直接join tour,然後隨車導遊完成一天行程後直接載我們回酒店, 必須經過10分鐘迂迴曲折的碎石路才能到酒店, 所以没有交通工具的話其實真的會不方便. 第二天我們自己租了電單車,到附近一個叫alona的沙灘大約花10-15分鐘車程,而且路上碎石很多,有點難走. 除去地理位置的問題,其實酒店本身是很不錯的,景觀很美,特別在三樓天台可以看到日落,環境安靜,房間很新很整清,網路很快(因為第三晚我們去了另一家酒店,網路好像要跑不動了...遇到一些不同酒店的旅客好像也有網速很慢的狀況). 另外我們第二天去了對出的一個小島叫balicasag,由於就在酒店對面,所以出入很方便,在酒店沙灘上船就可以了. 整體來說,酒店本身很好,不過要確切地考慮地理位置問題,如果旅客本身没有任何駕照,除非你打算留在酒店不出去(但酒店除了泳池外也没有spa及其他消遣活動).不過地區好像處於發展中的樣子,所以未來應該可以更好的.
Jie Y. 夫婦 China, 2013年4月30日	很舒适的酒店酒店员工很友好，早上出海会事先把早餐准备好，随时可以叫车接送至海滩 8 酒店客房很干净，空调和热水都没有问题，由于酒店是新建的，所以设施比较新，酒店位置离Alona海滩还有段距离，不过酒店在固定时间有班车免费接送至海滩，不过时间对我们不太合适，好在可以随时给酒店打电话来海滩接送我们只是不是免费的。出海看海豚那天比较早，可以和酒店说好，早上把早餐打包带走。总体来说，这段住宿经历还是很美好的。
Chao Z. 夫婦 China, 2013年4月9日	一次不错的海景房体验，位置比较隐蔽，但是适合喜欢安静的人服务人员，接送服务，早餐 8.7 距离阿罗那有一定距离，可以租用酒店摩托，10分钟左右，酒店在固定的时间免费接送，无特殊需要可以付费接送，住在一层没发现蚂蚁，酒店很新，服务人员很友好亲切，提醒我们早餐时间。旁边就是民居，很多孩子会在酒店附近玩耍，通过折扣预定还算有价值，总的来说不错。
Yi W. 夫婦 China, 2013年2月15日	位置优越但是空间稍微有点小服务很好，装修比较新 9.3 这个酒店每天有2个时段有免费小车接送，7-9点有免费早餐，24小时保安，3楼可以吃饭，门口就是泳池。我们住了4晚，总体感觉不错，觀光/景點提示: 酒店隔壁就可以租船出海玩。
Jun H. 夫婦 China, 2013年2月11日	薄荷入住的唯一有分体空调的酒店，新建成干净卫生，能望海。最大的优点是有分体空调，安静，睡眠质量特好。 9 是一位爱尔兰人投资建站的一栋临海的酒店，房间很新，服务很好。我们订的套房有2个阳台都能看到海，最重要的是房间都用分体空调，在薄荷连一些海边度假高级resort也很难见到，保证了睡眠的质量。酒店有车免费接送到alona beach而且是老板亲自开车，感觉服务十分周到。
Lau K. 商務旅客 Macau, 2013年5月16日	awesome view, especially at the Rooftop nice staff, comfortable room and good speed of wifi 9 my friend and i were stay for 3D2N at the hotel and it located on south-west of Panglao Island (Danao beach). At first, we arrived bohol island and took a Countryside Tour, after that the guide took us to the hotel, and that was surprise us because you definitely couldn't find it yourself. you had to cross over some tortuous and complicated road about 10 mins by car (motorbike also). However, the view was quite amazing, and it was very convenient to go to the Bailcasag Island for some diving trips, all you had to do just pick up your things and went down to the beach, then the boat would pick you up out of the hotel beach and vice versa. Since we had rent a motorbike, so it took 10-15 mins for us to go to the Alona Beach, and the staff told us that there was shuttle transfer to Alona too, 50 peso @ person (i didn't ask how to return). Except the location, there were great view, nice staff, good service and wonderful breakfast. if the price remind the same, i will probably return.

Staffs are really great and helpful, I owe them a big Thank You. Although it's a front beach hotel, the beach seems a bit unattended but they do provide a nice pool. Transportation from airport is not free but I dun remember being informed in this web nor hotel until the end of the day for the payment.

The staff was very friendly and was always trying to be helpfull. The hotel is a litte remote, so you need a 5 min ride on a bumpy road to get to Alona beach. But there is a free transport 4 times a day and you can always get a bike ride for 40-50 PHP. But the remote location makes it also very peacefull and relaxing. Little drawback was the very shallow ocean close by, but since Alnoa is close, this was not an big issue.

No value for money & seriously this hotel should be no more than 2 star 3 The room was very small, bathroom too. There were rules posted on the wall with all sorts of penalties (not seen anything like it). I broke a small drinking glass given it was a small cramped room and they charged me for it! Staff were slow and unattentive. At one point i waited by the bar shack for 10 minutes waiting for staff to serve me a drink, but they were all too bsuy playing volley with a ball! Everyday I had to ask for milk for my coffee and I would get a very small amount and I had to ask for a bit more, in the end I gave up and went to the supermarket and bought milk myself to use. Coffee was instant only. There was no tea kettle in the room & so each time I wanted a drink I had to ask & would get charged for it. Each time for the same item I'd be charged slightly different amount for it. When I asked for a Safe, staff came back with a very small Safe held in one hand...humm. I felt I truly wasted my money & I felt trapped...not a nice way to spend a holiday!
