酒店對比其他同級來說,應是最好,早餐提供齊全,有5星酒店的水平,房間乾淨,服務員辦事效率快,位置又靜中帶旺,加上名氣十足,的士個個都識去,設施都好齊全,在商旅遊都係好選擇!!

以当地的消费水平，价格偏贵。房间很小，卫生间几乎转不开身。早餐花样很少，上网免费，速度还过得去。地理位置还可以，离购物中心不远。

酒店所处的位置便利，整体环境不错，安保设施很到位。服务堪比五星级酒店，前台服务人员很热心，客房服务态度也很好，电源插座帮忙送了三次，因为前面一次插座坏掉了。 唯一有一点麻烦的事，房间的无线必须输密码，而且一个用户名和密码只对应一个用户，每天要重新输入，因为本人和同事两人分别电脑和ipad同时使用，必须要有4个用户名和密码，有些密码条还是无效的，为此还特地去前台拿了两次。

It is an old building that was surely nice in its time. Its a bit worse for wear now and the housekeeping is minimal. But it is good value for what you get after you get used to it. The breakfast and buffet coffee were surprisingly good.

lovely and comfortable

My stay was generally very comfortable. I like the surroundings as it is quiet. it was easily accsesible for friends and business associates to visit me. The shopping malls is close enough.
The breakfast was sumptious with a very good spread of delicious food. YThe staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. I would like to come back to stay when I am in Surabaya next time.
