This hotel is located in the main road of Raya Darmo street and reachable by taxi or public transport. Service is best. The officers served you nicely. Queen room is large enough. Fitness centre is too small, you can not any device in crowded time (7pm-9pm)

The hotel is located near the central area of Surabaya. Taxi is cheap and easy to travel with.
Room is spacious with a free wifi. Generally the hotel is comfortable but not luxurious.
Hot water is not running well, it does not get very hot, but just warm.
Restaurant downstairs has good variety, but quality and service is average at best.
