1.飯店內只有一個奇怪老舊的按摩中心，完全不會想進去2.飯廳內的吸菸區和非吸菸區相鄰太近3.週邊沒有娛樂設施，請保全叫計程車待我們去大型按摩中心居然載我們到紅燈區，非常令人害怕5.沒有吹風機必須和管家索取6.整體設施讓人感覺不舒服

房間的裝修很古老，很久都沒有翻新了，但更重要的是房間不太乾淨，灰塵比較多。有些房間沒有上網綫，只有wifi, 但wifi信號十分弱。

从机场到酒店只要10分钟,酒店设施相当不错.感觉房间很酒店,可惜我们只住一晚. 不过早上的自助早餐种类不多,也不太适合我们的口味. 酒店就在市中心(日惹太小了) 酒店还有一些排档,价格很实惠.

Well its a 3 star hotel with still old fashioned, but its comfortable and clean hotel. Breakfat was great, staffs very frendly, location is in the city centre which are close to anywhere, Fast check in make everything feel so good. finally everything so great.

I mostly stay at this hotel whenever i go to Surabaya for a business trip. Although the room is quite old fashioned but it is clean and comfortable. What stands out about this hotel is they serve best traditional Indonesian cuisine.

Fast check in make everything feel so good, friendly staff, very nice indonesian food, especially the rawon, the rest make feel comfortable. Internet access in room was quite fast, make me so easy to stay connected. Beatiful garden, closed to biggest shopping centre in the city, finally everything so good.

Walking in to the Elmi hotel is like stepping into a time Portal going 30 years back. Its an old hotel and clearly they haven't done any upgrading, but all in all it was worth my stay. The down side is that the lobby smells of cigarette as they allow people to smoke inside. The interior is old and looks a little dodgy, as for the hall ways they have this musky smell and looks uninviting Surprisingly the rooms are clean. Standard but clean. The bathroom was in good condition and for me personally that is whats most important. Positive points would be the food. The hotel is known for the food and you'll see the locals dropping by for lunch dinner and supper. They have a big variety you could choose from. If you like live music you should go down to the restaurant or else just order room service. I would also recommend calling in for the medical massage. they go up to your room. There are lots of restaurants near by if you choose not to eat at the hotel. The big shopping mall is a few minutes drive away.
