Good customer service: greet you when the receptionist knows your birthday. And sent me a birthday cake to my room. Clean. Good lighting, bright enought.

The receptionist spent me a lot of time to locate my name. More than 10 minutes, still counldn't find; other colleagues were not helpful at this point too. Bathroom is a bit small comparing to other 5 stars hotel. No free breakfast provided.

All the workers there are very polite. The environment is very good, calm and beautiful. Easy transportation and easy to locate the place even you are stranger in China. The hotel itself is a landmark there. Once you come out of the train subway, you can see the tall landmark. The price is comparatively higher to other hotels.
