Shanghai New World Radission is located opposite from the People Square and also the subway station (3 lines). Only a few steps to the main shopping area, Nangjing Road. The staffs of the hotel are very helpful and they are courteous in answering all the questions being asked. It is fairly new hotel which was built in 2005. Breakfast is included. The room is clean and modern. The hotel lobby is connected to the New World Shopping Mall which makes the stay more enjoyable. The nearby restaurants are planty with choices of variety of food.

The hotel staffs prefer the western customers as they can easily be upgraded to a higher level and one rate up room. Thus, I do not like the discrimination the hotel hold.

The hotel staffs must get more training and education in a way that they treat every of their customer with the equal treatment. Be honest and sincere in answering all the customer requests. Apart from that, in general, I like the room which can overlook the view of the People Square and the city. As well, I like the bathroom and the separated office room. Included breakfast has a mix of the East and West food. The location of the hotel is perfect.
